1. Booking Requirements
All tours must be reserved in advance through our website or by contacting us directly. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

2. Passenger Responsibility
Guests must arrive on time for their scheduled departure. Late arrivals may not be accommodated and will not be eligible for a refund. Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by the captain and crew at all times.

3. Vessel Assignment
Guests may be placed on either of our vessels, Storm Breaker or Straight Shooter. Vessel assignment is determined by the crew based on group size, conditions, and operational needs.

4. Weather & Sea Conditions
Tours operate rain or shine. However, Catch of the Day reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a tour if weather or marine conditions are deemed unsafe. In such cases, guests may receive a refund or choose a new tour time.

5. Wildlife Sightings
We do our best to locate wildlife, including humpback whales, but sightings cannot be guaranteed. The natural environment is unpredictable.

6. Safety & Conduct
We maintain strict safety protocols. Guests who do not follow crew instructions or who behave in a way that endangers themselves or others may be removed from the tour without refund.

7. Liability
By joining the tour, guests acknowledge the inherent risks associated with boating and marine wildlife activities. Catch of the Day is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items brought aboard the vessel.

8. Changes to Terms
Catch of the Day may update these terms and conditions at any time. The most current version will always be posted on our website.
