1. Guest Cancellations
• Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the tour are non-refundable.
• No-shows or late arrivals will not be refunded or rescheduled.

• Cancellations for medical reasons require physician documentation within 30 days of the tour date.

2. Weather & Operator Cancellations
If Catch of the Day must cancel a tour due to unsafe weather, mechanical issues, or unforeseen circumstances, guests may choose:
• A full refund, or
• A rescheduled tour (if available)

3. Cruise Ship Delays
If a cruise ship fails to dock due to weather or itinerary changes, guests will receive a full refund. Proof of sailing disruption may be required.

4. Partial Sightings
Refunds are not issued for limited or partial wildlife sightings. While we do our best to find whales, nature cannot be guaranteed.

5. Refund Process
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically take 3–7 business days to process.
